Contact us for assistance. We offer a 90 day manufacturers warranty on all products. If the product fails from a manufacturers defect in the first 90 days of receipt, we will instruct you on how to return your item for replacement or exchange.
I am an official reseller of most of the products that I offer. One benefit of this is that I have the ability to offer an extended warranty to anyone who registers their applicable product through me. If you purchased an LK-Hobby kit from MajinHobby, your product is already in the system and attached to your account. If your unit ever fails due to manufacture defect, contact us first. We will ask you to return it for repair or replacement. If the damage is due to abuse or neglect or human error, we will still work with you to fix the issue. Fees may apply in this case, however.
However this entire Clause does not apply if a fault arises due to:
Abnormal use or working conditions, failure to follow instructions, misuse, alteration or unauthorised repair, wilful damage, improper maintenance or negligence on the part of the Buyer or a third party; or
Any subsequent mechanical, chemical, electrolytic or other damage after risk has passed to the Buyer, which is not due to a defect in the Goods.
Where Goods are faulty the Buyer must contact us within 7 days of the discovery of the fault or within 7 days of the collection of the Goods where the Goods were faulty on collection.
The Buyer must supply the requested information and images in order for the Supplier to be able to deal with the Buyer’s complaint. The Buyer will obtain full instructions upon notifying the Supplier of a fault.
A claim will be compensated for at the Supplier’s discretion. We reserve the right to offer a compensation. Compensation is normally paid within 28 days of the date of the Supplier’s confirmation.
